Darkness had returned to Chanderi. The townspeople, once relaxed after the vanishing of the mysterious spirit “Stree,” were now haunted by a new legend — one whispered in fear: Sarkata, the headless terror. This ghost wasn’t just seeking women; it craved chaos. Each night, red fog blanketed the town, and eerie hoofbeats echoed as Sarkata roamed the alleys. The streets that once echoed with festival drums were now deathly silent, broken only by the sudden screams of those who disappeared. Vicky, Jana, and Bittu — once accidental heroes — were forced to unite again. But this time, the enemy wasn’t merely unknown. It was ancient. And angry.
The legend behind Sarkata went deeper than they imagined. Hidden in torn pages of a long-lost book, the trio uncovered a truth that connected this new evil with the original curse of Stree. Sarkata had been wronged centuries ago, a royal warrior beheaded for loving a woman deemed cursed. Now, he wandered in search of her — or vengeance. When Shraddha Kapoor’s mysterious character returned, looking unchanged by time, suspicion grew: was she the one Sarkata loved? Or the one who cursed him? The lines between enemy and ally blurred, as prophecies began to unfold and ancient symbols reappeared on the walls of Chanderi.
But amidst the dread, comedy thrived. Bittu’s failed attempts to trap Sarkata with chicken feathers, Jana’s sarcastic exorcism app, and Vicky’s accidental heroism added unexpected hilarity to their ghost-hunting mission. Even as the town panicked, the trio held the spirit of Chanderi alive — with jokes, dance numbers, and wild plans involving garlic necklaces, reversed slippers, and fake marriage rituals. A surprise ally emerged — a paranormal researcher named Shama, armed with relics and wit, who claimed she could “un-head” Sarkata. But her solution came with a price: someone would have to willingly walk into Sarkata’s trap, and offer their memories in exchange for his release.
In the final act, fear collided with destiny. On the night of the red eclipse, Sarkata rose in full power. Chanderi’s streets glowed with crimson light as Vicky, guided by Shraddha and Shama, stepped into the spirit’s lair — an abandoned fort pulsing with energy. There, through ritual and sacrifice, the ghost’s fury was calmed. Sarkata’s head returned to his spectral form, and with a last whispered name — “Rani...” — he vanished into the mist. Chanderi was safe again, but not forever. In the final scene, a clawed hand emerged from a cracked well deep in the forest. The screen cut to black. Stree will return... the words glowed. And the town braced for another tale.
