As Tol investigates Tin’s recurring visions, he uncovers a disturbing truth: a series of patients they’ve saved were never supposed to survive—according to previous death records somehow buried in hospital data archives. It appears the time loop left a fracture, and now time itself is reacting, trying to “correct” what Tin once changed.
