A rogue data stream known only as “The Red Pulse” is spreading through underground networks, warping minds and corrupting machines. Granger’s new mission? To stop Sera Qin, who has become something between a prophet and a terrorist in her bid to “upgrade” humanity.

The film is expected to blend gritty action sequences with psychological tension, as themes of guilt, loyalty, and the price of progress take center stage.
