Reunited under a shared mission, the remaining Avengers—Tony, Steve, Bruce, Thor, Clint, Natasha, and Scott—set out to gather the Infinity Stones by traveling into the past.

And then comes the moment.

Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America confront Thanos in one last fight. Steve, wielding Mjolnir, proves himself worthy. But even united, they begin to fall. Until Steve, beaten and alone, hears a voice in his earpiece: “On your left.”

Despite the tide turning, Thanos once again seeks to snap the universe into ash. He gains the upper hand—until Tony Stark, in a final act of heroism, steals the stones.

He looks at Thanos and says: “I... am... Iron Man.”

With a snap of his fingers, he erases Thanos and his army from existence, sacrificing his own life. The cost is heavy, but the world is saved.

Tony’s funeral brings together every hero, every friend, and every soul who fought alongside him. Steve returns the stones to their timelines, but chooses to live a full life in the past—finally dancing with Peggy.

He returns as an old man, offering his shield to Sam Wilson (The Falcon), passing on the legacy of Captain America.
