Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace (2024) is a supernatural action fantasy that picks up after the events of the original Angels Fallen film, diving deeper into the war between celestial beings and the dark forces seeking to plunge Earth into chaos.

The veil between worlds is thinner than ever. Heaven’s armies are scattered. The Fallen, once divine angels who rebelled, are rising again—not as conquerors, but as twisted messengers of false peace, led by the ancient and corrupted archangel Azazel (Michael Madsen).

Their mission: infiltrate Earth through dreams, infect minds with despair, and prepare humanity for a new spiritual order—one where fear replaces faith.

Haunted demon hunter Gabriel (Josh Burdett) lives in exile, tormented by the loss of his comrades and the corruption he witnessed within Heaven itself. Having turned away from the war, he seeks peace in the forests of Eastern Europe, far from prophecy and prophecy-hunters.

But peace is not meant for warriors.

Valerie (Denise Richards), a mystic seer and former angelic tactician, finds him and delivers a grim vision: the Sigil of Peace, a celestial relic that balances good and evil, has been stolen. In the wrong hands, it will not bring harmony—it will silence human free will entirely.

Only those who once stood against Heaven and Hell alike—the Warriors of Peace—can stop what’s coming.

Gabriel reluctantly agrees to lead one final mission. Valerie reveals that the Sigil is being reconstructed by Azazel's cult in Istanbul, using lost fragments of angelic scripture.

Together, they recruit old allies and new warriors:

  • Balthazar (Arifin Putra), a redeemed demon general who betrayed Hell for love, wielding blades forged in the River Styx.

  • Elijah (Cuba Gooding Jr.), a blind prophet whose visions come from both divine and infernal sources.

  • Lucienne, an AI-enhanced seraph who defected from Heaven’s authoritarian order.

The team embarks on a perilous journey through war-torn ruins, ancient crypts, and dimensional rifts—each step dogged by Wraiths of Silence, spectral assassins created by Azazel to destroy voices of resistance.

As the Warriors close in on the final piece of the Sigil beneath the Hagia Sophia, a shocking betrayal occurs—Valerie is revealed to be a fragment of a fallen angel herself, cursed to guide the Sigil back to Azazel. Torn between loyalty and destiny, she flees with the relic’s final shard.

Gabriel is devastated, but Elijah insists that light and darkness exist in everyone, and even fallen ones can rise again. The final confrontation takes place at The Gate of Concord, an interdimensional rift between Earth and the divine realms, located beneath Mount Ararat.

Azazel, cloaked in celestial fire, activates the complete Sigil, bringing about a false peace—a numbing wave that begins to silence rebellion, thought, and even prayer. Cities across the world freeze. People fall into trance-like obedience. No more conflict, no more pain—but at the cost of the soul.

Gabriel, Balthazar, and Lucienne launch a desperate assault. In the battle, Lucienne sacrifices herself to disable the Sigil’s containment shield. Balthazar is mortally wounded fighting Azazel’s demonic guard. In his final moments, he opens a portal to Valerie’s mind, allowing Gabriel to speak to her inner light.

In a final act of redemption, Valerie shatters the Sigil herself, breaking Azazel’s control. The backlash consumes the corrupted archangel in divine fire.

With the Sigil destroyed, the false peace fades—but so does the connection to Heaven. Earth is now outside the direct influence of divine realms. Humanity is truly free, but unprotected. The Warriors disband, knowing their mission is done—though the future remains uncertain.

Gabriel disappears into the mountains, his sword buried in the snow.

Elijah leaves behind a new prophecy:

“Peace is not the absence of conflict—but the courage to face it with purpose.”

In a forgotten temple, a new Sigil begins forming… but this time, it pulses not with light or darkness—but with human energy.

A mysterious voice whispers:
“The Age of Mortals begins.”
